We are pleased to announce that Science and Conservation of Fish Aggregations (SCRFA) will offer a Student Travel Award of US$800 to a student in the Caribbean Region to attend the 66th GCFI, Corpus Christi, Texas (November 2013).
The SCRFA Award is to encourage and help students undertake work on fish aggregations and showcase their ideas and work at GCFI.
The paper or poster must be on current or proposed study on fish aggregations, including for example, fish spawning and feeding aggregations, novel monitoring ideas or community based education.
The student must apply for this award by 31 July 2013.
